Community Benefit Fund
The Solwaybank Community Benefit Fund has been established to support groups and projects which benefit the communities living in and around the wind farm.
Managed by the Dumfriesshires East Community Benefit Group (DECBG) applications to the fund are assess by a decision making panel made up of representatives called The Solwaybank Wind Farm Advisory Management Panel.
From 2022, a section of the fund has been reserved for a Small Grants Fund and an Education and Training Fund.
Information on how to submit an application can be found on the DECBG website here.
Enquiries regarding Solwaybank Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund should be directed in the first instance to the DECBG.
